Description: This solicitation is for the precommercial thinning project on the El Dorado National Forest.� The intent of this contract is to reduce undesirable trees in reforestation stands by the use of hand held equipment.� The areas will be treated in such a way that all technical specifications will be met.�The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government.
