- N00164-23-Q-0297 � SOLE SOURCE � EVALUATION, CALIBRATION, REPAIR � FSG J066 - NAICS 811210 ISSUE DATE 09 AUG 2023 � CLOSING DATE 11 AUG 2023 � 8:00 PM Eastern Time SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer.� The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, 1900 GARDEN OF THE GODS COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80907-3423, CAGE CODE: 7ZXR5), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the following: BASE CLINS: CLIN 0001 - REPAIR & CALIBRATION IAW SOW PN:E8257D SN: SG51110466 PSG ANALOG SIGNAL GENERATOR CLIN 0002 - REPAIR & CALIBRATION IAW SOW PN:E8257D SN: SG51110466 PSG ANALOG SIGNAL GENERATOR CLIN 0003 - EVALUATION IAW SOW PN: 54501A SN: 2930A08277 DIGITIZING OSCILLOSCOPE 100 MHz CLIN 0004 - EVALUATION IAW SOW PN: 85052C SN: 3101A01034 PRECISION MECHANICAL CALIBRATION KIT, DC TO 26.5 GHz, 3.5 mm OPTION CLINs: CLIN 0005 - OPTION #1 - REPAIR IAW SOW PN: 54501A SN: 2930A08277 DIGITIZING OSCILLOSCOPE 100 MHz TERM OF USE: This option can be exercised only one time. This option may only be exercised upon reciept of an itemized quote and executed modification (SF30) by the Contracting Officer.
