Description

The purpose of the amendment is to: 1. Extend the deadline for responses to this solicitation from August 9, 2023, to August 18, 2023. 2. Incorporate Questions and Answers 1. 3. Incorporate the changes to the documents listed below� 4. Change the issuing office and administrative office DoDaaC from W25G1V to W51AA1. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS� 1. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1 3.�ATTACHMENT I Performance Work Statement - Rev. 1 3.�ATTACHMENT II Pricing Table - Rev. 1 REVISED DESCRIPTION This contract opportunity is for various tier levels of Service for 40 (forty) 400Hz Frequency Converters throughout Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. Also included within this contract will be On Call Unscheduled/Emergency Repairs. The requirements are described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Rev.1.� The converters are from various manufacturers listed on the table provided within the PWS. Please see ATTACHMENT II Pricing Table - Rev.1, ATTACHMENT III Wage Determinations, and ATTACHMENT IV Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for additional and pertinent information. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION This contract opportunity is for the Service and Unscheduled/Emergency Repair of 40 (forty) 400Hz Frequency Converters throughout Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. The requirements are described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Also included within this contract will be up to six (6) Unscheduled/Emergency On Call Repair Services. The converters are from various manufacturers listed on the table provided within the PWS. Please see Attachments II, III, and IV for additional and pertinent information.
