- 127EAW23R0055 - Janes Reservoir Dam Repairs - A00003 Modoc National Forest This amendment is to respond to concerns regarding lake level information and implementation of required work. �See below� statement from the Modoc National Forest Engineer: Janes Reservoir can be drawn down for the repair work to below the head gate, requiring performing work as late in the available season as possible. Pre-notice from the awarded contractor is critical because the Forest Service will have to release the waters as slow as possible due to downstream concerns.� ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW23R0055 - Janes Reservoir Dam Repairs - A00002 Modoc National Forest This amendment is to extend the proposal due date while awaiting further project information from the Modoc National Forest. Interested parties should be advised a subsequent amendment will be posted with further project information. Proposal due date / time is hereby extended FROM 08/04/2023 TO 8/18/2023 at 1:00 PM PST. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW23R0055 - Janes Reservoir Dam Repairs - A00001 Modoc National Forest This amendment is to post RFI round 1 responses, Janes Reservoir Calcs and Pictures, and extend the proposal due date. Proposal due date / time is hereby extended from 07/28/2023 to 08/04/2023, 1:00 PM PST. Attached is ""RFI Official Responses - 1"" and ""1. Statement of Work - Revision 001"" which are hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award. Failure to use the revised documents and requirements revised within will result in your proposal being non-responsive. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW23R0055 - Janes Reservoir Dam Repairs Modoc National Forest FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, July 20th, 2023. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
