- Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information & Technology (OIT) Capital Region Readiness Center (CRRC) Audio Visual (AV) Modernization 36C10B23Q0501 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), strives to provide high quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to those responsible for providing care to the Veterans at the point-of-care as well as throughout all the points of the Veterans health care in an effective, timely and compassionate manner. VA depends on Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to meet mission goals. The VA OIT plans to replace and modernize the existing audio video (AV) solution in a single conference room (room 126), located in the Martinsburg, WV, Capital Region Readiness Center (CRRC). The current AV equipment has reached its end of life. See specific requirements in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Exhibits 1 and 2. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. Please see attached Draft PWS and Exhibits 1 and 2. It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort please note their interest and submit responses to the items listed below. If interested please provide the following: Please indicate whether you are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and if so under which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are you considered a Small Business (as stated in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database). Provide any questions/concerns on the Draft PWS and Exhibits 1 and 2. A capability statement describing your company s ability to meet the requirements in the attached draft PD. The capability statement shall be limited to 5 pages and no more than 5MB. RFI submissions shall be provided to the POCs identified in this posting NLT than August 9, 2023 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Please indicate if a site visit will be necessary.
