Description

The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), AMCOM Directorate, intends to solicit, and award an order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A122G0005 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). The order will procure UH-60M aircraft parts as documented in Attachment 1 for the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 number of employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source order is not a request for quote. However, if an interested party believes it can meet the requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities within the designated time period. Any responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that it is capable of delivering all of the aircraft parts. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Interested parties may express their capability to deliver these parts in full no later than 9 September 2023, 1:00 pm, Central Daylight Time. Verbal and facsimile responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses should be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Portable Document Format (PDF). Zip files are unacceptable.
