- Subject: ���������� NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT NAICS Code:�� 541380 PSC: ������������ J066 Solicitation:���� N0024423Q0284 Archive Date:� 15 days from today, August 23 2023 Description: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intents to award a commercial Sole Source contract to Cannon Instrument Company 2139 High Tech RD State College, Pennsylvania, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement is for preventative maintenance and calibration of Tanaka branded laboratory equipment. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 14 August 2023 5:00 p.m. PST via e-mail to patricia.castillo26.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
