Description: Emergency repairs to firemain system serving fire suppression water to most critical infrastructure on campus including 6 hangars and CG�s only aviation parts warehouse comprising $1B+ asset/property value. System has been shut down due to severity of leak and Base FED is unable to complete repairs. Due to time critical nature of repairs, limited quotes were solicited via email from vendors that were known to be avilable to perform the work immediately, rather than normal SAP procedures.
