Description: This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government seeks to issue a Sole Source award. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey intends to issue a sole source contract to Law Enforcement Technologies (LETS)�under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1 ).�It has been determined that LETS�is the sole designer and software developer of the LETS Respond and Throw Phone system. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
