- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 202308MS-01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333248 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2023-08-17 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be Yuma, AZ 85365 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: The procurement is for the following FDM 3D printer that has an enclosed chamber with a heated print bed with dimensions that must not exceed the following: 355x254x355mm. The entire system size shall not exceed the following dimensions: 1,626x864x711mm that shall weigh 227 kg with consumables. The chamber shall be able to provide an ambient temperature of 80 C with a method with fume extraction. The printer shall have a touch screen user interface. The printer shall not exceed the following power requirements: 110v 50-60Hz 12amp. The material option for the machine shall be the following: ABS-M30, ASA, FDM TPU-92A, ABS-CF10, PLA, PC-ABS, Diran 410MF07, ABS-ESD7. The parts produced from the printer shall be capable of an accuracy: +/- .200mm. The printer shall be compatible with GrabCAD Print Pro slicing software and Insight software. The printer shall have a compartment where multiple model/support materials can be installed. The printer shall have an auto feeder mechanism to detect when material has run out and switch to the secondary spool of material. The machine shall be delivered with a cleaning station with a working envelope that must not exceed the following dimensions of 406x406x356mm. The cleaning station shall be able to have a heating mechanism that heats the water-based fluid to 70 C +/-10C. The cleaning station shall have locking swivel casters for maneuverability. The cleaning station shall have a drain system installed and ready to use. The cleaning station must have an internal container that will allow the user to remove from the complete unit to allow for ease of cleaning and removal of components. The system shall have the following: PLA cooling module, PLA extrusion head, PLA material canister and Quantity 1 spools: PLA Black, 60CI. The item will include 1 year faculty warranty, set-up installation, and 3 days onsite training.Anticipated by will be for Stratasys F370 and SCA3600 cleaning system., 1, EA; LI 002: The procurement for the following FDM 3D printer is compatible with the procured system in line item 1. The system shall have an enclosed chamber with a heated print bed with dimensions that must not exceed the following: 355x254x355mm. The item will include 1 year faculty warranty, set-up installation, and 3 days onsite training.Anticipated by will be for Stratasys F370CR, 1, EA; LI 003: Consumables to be delivered will be the following materials, and must be compatible with line item 1 and 2: Quantity 4 spools: TPU-92A Black, 60CI; Quantity 2 spools: PLA Black, 60CI; Quantity 2 spools: NYLON-CF10 Black, 90CI; Quantity 4 spools: ABS-ESD7 Black, 90CI; Quantity 2 spools: ASA Black, 90CI; Quantity 2 spools: ASA Blue, 60CI; Quantity 2 spools: QSR Support, 60CI; Quantity 2 spools: ASA Blue, 60CI; Quantity 2 spools: ABS-CF10, 90CI; Quantity 4 spools: PLA Black, 60CI., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Sellers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC End User intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.
