Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Disposable home sleep study testing services, VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, Washington. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26023Q0916. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621210 (Home Health Care Services), and the small business size standard is 19.0 million. This procurement is Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside. All SDVOSB Quoters must be registered in the Veterans Small Business Certification (VetCert) database to be eligible for award. 3. The intended contract period is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, SAM.gov | Home. The tentative solicitation issue date is Aug. 11, 2023, and the anticipated closing date is Sept. 01, 2023. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (621610) is included in the SAM profile assertions prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
