Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. U.S. Embassy Belgrade is seeking a firm that can design and deliver a public relations campaign beginning in October 2023 that will encourage youth aged 18-35 across Serbia to join our new BOLD (Balkanski omladinski lideri - Balkan youth leaders) youth leadership network and to promote BOLD to the youth�s parents, guardians, educators, employer, and collaborators. The target is to increase BOLD membership to at least 3,000 people by the end of the period of performance. Proposals should include innovative ideas using traditional media, digital media, printed materials, and/or in-person contact to reach audiences primarily in rural areas and cities outside of Belgrade. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
