- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: N: Edward Street/Goodell Street/Kensington Expressway (Route 33)/I-90/Wehrle Drive E: Transit Road (Route 78) S: I-190/I-90/Broadway W: South Elmwood Avenue/Lower Terrace Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,430 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,700 ABOA Space Type: Office; Public Interfacing Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 3 years Additional Requirements: Parking available for visitors and employees within 1,320 Feet (1/4 mile) of the offered building. The Government tenant will have two (2) employees onsite after hours.� The parking available must include a minimum of two (2) onsite spaces for use by these employees. The Government tenant employs armed guards who are permitted to carry weapons. Public transportation must be within 1,320 Feet (1/4 mile) from the offered building. The offered space must be contiguous on one (1) floor or a maximum of two (2) floors. If the offered space is on a 2nd floor or higher, a minimum of two (2) elevators are required, one of which can be a freight elevator.� At least one (1) elevator must be able to accommodate a piece of equipment that weighs 800lbs and has the following dimensions: width � 4�11�, Length � 6�7�. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
