Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT - 9NY2792REV2 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:NY City: Auburn/Baldwinsville (see attached map) Delineated Area: (SOUTH) Starting at the intersection of Genesee Street and Route 34 in the City of Auburn and heading east on Genesee to Route 20, continuing eastbound until the intersection of Route 20 and Route 175, taking a left on Route 175 heading northeast until the intersection of east Seneca Turnpike, continuing straight onto Dublin Road until it becomes Howlett Hill Road, continuing until the intersection of Munro Road.� Turn Left on Munro Road until the intersection of West Genesee Street. Turn Right on West Genesee Street until the intersection with Geddes Street turning north on Geddes to Pulaski Street; (EAST) Heading Northwest on Pulaski to Hiawatha Boulevard West then South toward Spencer Street, Northeast on Spencer Street to Route 690 West exiting at the State Fair Boulevard Exit (Exit 5), then right on Van Vleck Rd, right on Dwight Park Drive to the end, then due north to the NYS Thruway, east along the NYS Thruway to the Route 370 overpass.� Then Route 370 north then right Hicks Road, continuing on until Hicks becomes River Road, continuing North on Rover Road until the intersection with NYS Route 31.� Left on NYS Route 31, then right on Drake�s Landing heading north until the intersection of Willett Parkway. (NORTH) Turn Left on Willett Parkway, and right again on West Entry Road (Rt 631).� Continue on West Entry Road until the intersection with Route 690, then left on Rt 690 heading south exiting at the Route 370 Exit.� Take a right on Route 370 then westerly on Route 370 West to the intersection with Route 34. (WEST) Heading South on Route 34 to the Route I90 overpass, then west along the NYS Thruway (Route I90) to the Route 38 Overpass, then southerly on Route 38 to the intersection of Turnpike Road and heading West on Turnpike Road to the intersection of Route 7B, then South on 7B to the intersection of Basswood Road and turning right on Basswood Road to Clark Street Road, then right on Clark Street Road and left on Lime Kiln Road to the end, then left on West Genesee St Rd until it becomes Genesee Street.� Continuing on Genesee Street to the Starting Point at Route 34. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,130 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,412 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 (reserved) Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Locker/Shower room required (unisex); locker room to accommodate 10-12 small lockers; separate men/women restroom; workspace needs to have a sink; install stand-alone air conditioning system to sufficiently maintain a temperature at or below 68 degrees for a 60 sq. ft. LAN/Telephone room at all times; motion activated lighting at office entrances; access to space 24/7; snow removal by 5:00 am; first floor space preferred. Expressions of interest must be received in writing no later than September 1, 2023 at 5:00 PM EST, and must include the following information at a minimum: Building name and address; Location of space in the building and date of availability; ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet offered AND Rentable square feet offered; Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).� Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received which also must be submitted prior to the Expression of Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
