- Update 10 August 2023: Amendment 1 has been uploaded to include Attachment 11 - Questions & Answers. ************************************************************************************** Update 7 August 2023: Sign-in sheet from 7 August 2023 pre-bid site visit has been uploaded.� Questions are to be emailed to alicia.bowman@us.af.mil and 81CONS.LGCB.Construction@us.af.mil by Wednesday, 9 August 2023, at 12:00pm CDT. *************************************************************************************** The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $100,000 - $250,000. This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Monday, 7 August 2023 at 9am CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver�s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
