Description
�This is a solicitation�for commercial�products prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation�will not be issued. The solicitation number is�1240LT23R0066�and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290�with a small business size standard of�$22.0. The PSC is Z2AZ. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Only Total Small Businesses (FAR 19.5) will be considered for award. Offerors�must�have an active SAM.gov registration, before and during the project time frame QUESTIONS DUE DATE/TIME:�Any questions or inquiries must be submitted to the contracting officer via e-mail not later than 16:30 PM (MT) on August 7, 2023. Inquiries submitted via telephone will not be accepted, please submit questions via e-mail submission. Responses will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation on the SAM.gov posting. DUE DATE/TIME:�Offers are due no later than�16:30 PM (MT) on August 11, 2023 . Submit offers to the attention of Elizabeth Ratcliff via email to: elizabeth.ratcliff@usda.gov with subject line:�QUOTE: 36C24822Q0575. Late offers will�not�be considered for award. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, and in active status at the time of submittal in order to be considered. Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Item (See Section K). Either fill in the form in Section K or submit a current copy from active SAM (www.sam.gov) account. Offerors who fail to comply with the requirements of this solicitation will be considered non-compliant. This project includes installation of two new aluminum storefront doors and frames for the front entrance into the Tonopah Ranger District Office in Tonopah, NV. This work will include selective demolition of the existing double doors and hardware. Work includes the proper disposal of noted items.�This project will be executed as a firm fixed price contract.
