Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit from only one source, Spectronics Corporation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, firm fixed price contract for the following: 1 EA: Pipe Freezer (4 In long) Xtreme Freeze Pipe Freezer 115V unit 4� cavity 6� long Left hand orientation Freeze head Built- in oil separator Run-time hour meter and current transducer (PHNSY specifications) Nickel plated head & bushings Spectronics Corp P/N XF-4006AL 1 EA: Pipe Freezer (4 In long) Xtreme Freeze Pipe Freezer 115V unit 4� cavity 6� long Right hand orientation Freeze head Built- in oil separator Run-time hour meter and current transducer (PHNSY specifications) Nickel plated head & bushings Spectronics Corp P/N XF-4006AR 5 EA: Freeze Unit ( 2 In/1 In) Xtreme Freeze Pipe Freezer 115V unit 3� long 2-cavity freeze heads (2� & 1�) Built- in oil separator Run-time hour meter and current transducer (PHNSY specifications) Nickel plated heads and bushings Spectronics Corp P/N XF-2000A *Mercury exclusion with written certification required. COC Required. * Units shall be tested to meet Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program standards * Temperature data must be supplied with each unit This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-23-Q-0062. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333415 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is 4110; Refrigeration Equipment. A Sources Sought Notice, N322533153V001-003, for N32253-23-Q-0062 was posted on SAM.gov from 7/13/2023 to 7/18/2023. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-23-Q-0062. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 8/15/2023. All dates and information included in this announcement are subject to change.
