Description

The purpose of Amendment 0002 to solicitation W519TC-23-Q-2310 is to extend the solicitation open period to 1:00pm central, 17 Aug 2023 and update the Instructions to Offerors section. See attached amendment�W519TC-23-Q-2310-Amendment 0002 The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract to repair by replacement the roof of building 10-040 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation. This combined synopsis and solicitation was prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore progress payments will not be authorized in accordance with FAR 32.003. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02JUN2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20230609, effective 09JUN2023. The complete text of any of the provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. The corresponding NAICS code is 238160; the small business size standard is $16,500,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5650. Vendor will perform work required under this solicitation via FOB Destination at Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: 10020 Kabrich Circle Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500 Inspection and Acceptance will occur at Destination. Period of Performance: The vendor shall complete all requirements within 60 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance. A Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 0900 Central Time. Refer to the attachments contained in this solicitation for additional details. Amendment 01 to solicitation W519TC-23-Q-2310 has been executed as of 26JUL2023. The purpose of the Amendment 01 is to provide responses to industry questions. Amendment 01 can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation remains unchanged. Quote shall be received no later than Monday, August 7, 2023, at 0900 CT.
