Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, North Little Rock, Arkansas, has a need for an Ambulance Golf Cart Vehicle with the capability to transport patients in medical distress from parking lots to the Emergency Room. Required salient characteristics to be provided in a Request for Quote. A Firm Fixed Price contract is proposed. Acquisition is being procured as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, applicable NAICS code 336999 All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturers, size standard is 1000 Employees. Solicitation to be available on or about August 14, 2023 with proposals due approximately 14 days from the issue date, 3:00pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within ten (10) calendar days after issuance to Laura.Watts@va.gov, using 36C25623Q1653 Ambulance Golf Cart in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment. No electronic proposals will be accepted. All offerors must be certified in VetCert at the time of offer and at the time of award, if applicable.
