- Description
- USAID�s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/BHA) is issuing this Source Sought Notice to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide third-party monitoring services in Yemen.� U.S. Government travel restrictions and access constraints to project sites across Yemen have impeded USAID/BHA staff from performing project oversight and partner monitoring duties.� The purpose of YMELP II is to provide USAID/BHA and its implementing partners access to impartial, verifiable program performance data and information on�USAID/BHA funded humanitarian assistance program activities and quality of program activity deliverables.� The contractor will be responsible for conducting site visits and developing, implementing, and maintain a third-party monitoring system to collect and verify data on project outputs, outcomes, quality of work, and challenges.� Access to this data will greatly support USAID/BHA�s and its partners� ability to make evidence-based decisions on real-time adjustments to programmatic implementation and strategy.
