Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46202 has a requirement to Clean Storm and Sanitary Sewers. This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The anticipated award date is September 1, 2023. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 11 2023. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.sam.gov. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend a site visit Date and time will be on the SF1449. All questions will be answered via the Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: Cora.Wells@va.gov no later than the date and time specified on the SF1449. Quotations are due no later than 15:00 (EDT) on August 24, 2023, by email at Cora.Wells@va.gov NAICS 237110 applies. Size standards are $45 Million.
