Description: PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.� The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Confluent Technology Group, INC to install cable lines, a service which is at the discretion of the cable provider. This requirement is for the OChicago Field Office. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted�no later than 1pm EST on Tuesday 08/29/2023�to the Contracting Officer Katelyn Haus by email, krhaus@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Sole Source Justification is available upon request.
