The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center located at US Hwy 160 & Route 35, Red Mesa, Arizona 86514 has an upcoming requirement for to procure U.S. Postage replenishment fund for their postage machine, SN# 0885162 Model G900, DM300/DM400/475 Series for the Four Corners Regional Health Center. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 491110 � Postal Service with a small business size standard of $9.0M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1476591 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 15, 202.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need according to the statement of work, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by August 18, 2023.� The acquisition is unrestricted.
