- 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.1. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/ under solicitation number: W50S9C-23-Q-0008� 1.2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023--04 dated 02JUN2023.� 1.3. Small Business set-aside: 100%. Applicable size standard is $35.0M 1.4. NAICS Code: 721110.� 1.5. Posting Date: 31 July 2023; Questions due by 1:00pm EST on 4 Aug 2023. Questions received after that time will not be answered. Answers provided on or about 8 Aug 2023. **AMENDMENT POST 14 AUG 1.6. Response Date: 1:00 p.m. EST, 22 August 2023 1.7. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Personnel Lodging for RSD for the 158th Vermont Air National Guard. 1.11. Periods of Performance (PoP): 26 Sept 2023- 5 Sept 2024 1.12. Place of Performance: Lodging Hotels within a 50 mile radius of the 158th Fighter Wing 1.13 The Government intends to evaluate�offers�and award a contract without discussions with�offerors. Therefore, the�offeror�s initial�offer�should�contain the�offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the�Contracting Officer�to be necessary. The Government�may�reject any or all�offers�if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest�offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in�offers�received. 1.14� �Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.� Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.
