Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2) this solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days. Amendment 0001 is posted on 8/14/2023 to include the Distro D Export Controlled drawing package as a restricted access attachment in the SAM RFQ posting.� The RFQ itself is also updated to revise the drawing access request process.� In order to obtain access to the drawings, the offeror shall submit a request in the SAM.gov posting and provide company name, CAGE code, and JCP Custodian contact information. Once JCP certification and JCP custodian are confirmed, the Government will approve the offerors request for access to the drawings.� Removed requirement for FAR provision 52.204-24 to be filled out, as already listed in SAM profile. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
