Description

The United States Department of Defense has held annual memorial observance events at the Pentagon since the terrorist attack at the Pentagon on 09-11-2001. This event attendance has ranged from 30,000 at the first memorial, to 1,000 for the 10-year anniversary, to several hundred over the years. The size and scope of the production elements has historically reflected the anticipated audience size.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide production support for the September 11, 2023 Memorial Observance Ceremony�
