- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: NLign Analytics Software Support Renewal The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8312), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NLign Analytics, 5050 Section Avenue, Suite 110, Cincinnati, OH 45212 for the renewal of brand-name, proprietary NThread Enterprise Server, NLign Standard, and NLign Professional software support. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.� The regulatory authority is Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-1, only one responsible source or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide NLign Analytics software support renewals by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Organizations may provide correspondence via email at the following addresses: rebecca.d.mooney.civ@mail and emily.k.couch-oliver.civ@mail.mil.� All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.� A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210, Software Publishers.�
