THE HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN Design of Strategy, GRC and Security Frameworks and Digital Transformation of SCADA for Water Sector in Jordan Tender No.22/2023 INVITATION TO TENDER The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan represented by Ministry of Water and Irrigation/ Water Authority of Jordan supported by the United Stated Agency for International Development (The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan represented by Ministry of Water and Irrigation/ Water Authority of Jordan supported by the United Stated Agency for International Development (USAID) is releasing a tender for the �Design of Strategy, GRC and Security Frameworks and Digital Transformation of SCADA for Water Sector in Jordan� in preparation for the implementation of the National SCADA Project. The Water Authority of Jordan / WAJ (hereinafter called �The Employer�), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for �Design of Strategy, GRC and Security Frameworks and Digital Transformation of SCADA for Water Sector in Jordan� (hereinafter called ""Project"") and as detailed below: This Bid is open to international, and local Jordanian Consulting, Engineering and/or specialized firms hereinafter called �The Consultant� or in association with specialized firm in design and SCADA Engineering (in Joint Venture or Sub-consultants) as detailed in the attachemnt.
