- PR11910184: Request for proposal for �Snapchat Summit Event� for U.S Embassy in Riyadh. (Please see attached RFQ for more details). The Public Affairs Section of the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh seeks a service provider for Snapchat Summit Event in Riyad in Fall 2023/Winter 2024. All literature and discussions pertaining to this project will be in the English language. Any translations if desired by the offerors must be made at their expense.� If you intend to submit a proposal, please make sure to attach the required documents to support your proposal. SCOPE OF WORK: The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Public Affairs Section is looking for a Public Relations agency who would organize and implement a one-day �Snapchat Summit� event in Riyadh in Fall 2023/Winter 2024.� The event will host trainers from Snapchat who would deliver professional training sessions to 50 social media influencers and content creators from all over Saudi Arabia.� The agency would invite social media creators from the different regions in Saudi Arabia and work on event planning and logistics including: Domestic and regional travel for 15 prospective guests from outside Riyadh Event venue, including tech support for presentations and demonstrations. Domestic and regional travel logistics for Snapchat trainers and participants Lodging and transportation logistics Publishing and supplies All events logistics that the Public Affairs section finds needed for the event.� The agency would also provide on-the-ground event planners who would assist with logistics on the day of the event. Proposal Submission: The proposal must be submitted by email at RiyadhContracting@state.gov, on or before 17:00 Hrs., Tuesday, August 29, 2023.� No proposal will be accepted after this time. Technical Requirements: The proposal shall meet all the requirements contained herein. The offerors shall provide with their proposal, at a minimum, in written English the following information. Adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them; Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments; Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics; Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them; Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations. Ability to provide network of social media influencers and micro-influencers from different regions in Saudi Arabia; Proof of adequate experience in digital marketing and online campaigns, Service Instructions: Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued. Other requirements: A proposal MUST be dated, signed, and valid for 30 calendar days from submittal to the Embassy. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them (if the project price exceeds $10,000). If the offeror is not registered in the SAM, it may do so through the SAM website via goggle chrome at https://www.sam.gov� (also see attached quick start guide for international entity registration in SAM). All proposals and other correspondence must be in English language. Contract award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open completion procedures. Payment will be executed monthly against the invoice in accordance with the relevant clauses of this contract. The period of performance (one time event) Evidence that the offeror operates an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing and is registered to conduct business in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All foreign entities are eligible to bid for this requirement. Responsibility will be determined by analyzing whether the apparent successful offeror complies with the requirement of FAR subpart 9.1 including: Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments. Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them. Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; and Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations. Offer will not be acceptable without active SAM registration. Payment will be transferred directly to company account after completion of services. Competition: Contract award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received.
