Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: Harlingen Delineated Area: North: Rio Hondo Rd to Bob Youker St to Bodenhamer Rd, East: FM 509, South: E. Grimes St., West: Loop 499 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,312 sq ft of office/lab space with an additional 6,691 sq ft of ware yard space (Total = 20,003 sq ft) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,791 sq ft of office/lab space with an additional 7,434 sq ft of ware yard space (Total = 22,225 sq ft) Space Type: Office / light industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 38 total secured parking spaces for GOVs Parking Spaces (Surface): 38 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 38 Full Term: 20 years (240 months) Firm Term: 10 years (120 months) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space is required to be near Valley International Airport Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance or 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� and �500-Year�] floodplain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
