- BALDOR 100HP ELECTRIC MOTOR OEM SPECIAL 1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order will be issued from this solicitation. 2. This requirement is solicited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). for brand name only. The RFQ number is NIH-RFQ-6727531 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, dated 12/30/2022. 4. This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335312 its associated Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. 5. List of Item(s): The vendor shall provide the following item(s) in the quantities specified below. Description----- BALDOR 100HP ELECTRIC MOTOR OEM SPECIAL � � � � � �Quantity---1 each. � � � �2.Description----- BALDOR 125HP FAN MOTOR OEM SPECIAL � � � � � Quantity---1 each. � � � 3. Description-----GUIDE VANES � � � � � �Quantity---4 each. � � � 4. Description----- GUIDE VANES FASTENER KIT � � � � � Quantity---1 each. �6. Quotation Requirements: The quotation must reference RFQ No. NIH-RFQ-6727531. The vendor�s delivery time frame must be specified in their quote. The vendor must quote on each line item listed in this notice to be considered. Quotations submitted for equivalent items must include item specifications. b. General Requirements: 1) Only quotes for the Baldor Electric motor from the manufacturer or authorized resellers as listed above are being solicited and will be considered. 2)� Offerors must provide their shipping lead time with a quote and any applicable delivery costs on their quote. �7. Delivery and Acceptance Deliveries required by the contractor shall be made F.O.B. destination to the address/addressee listed below: Delivery Address/Addressee: National Institutes of Health 9000 Rockville Pike Building 13, Platform C Bethesda, Maryland 20892 Unless otherwise specified, deliveries shall be made to the Delivery Point specified above, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by the delivery location time zone (Eastern Time, Central Time, or Pacific Time). Supplies or services scheduled for delivery on a Federal holiday shall be made the next business day. 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) This RFQ incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Also, the full text of a solicitation provision may be accessed electronically at this address: www.acquisition.gov/far. 8. Provision 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items (Nov.2021) is incorporated by reference. 9. Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (Nov.2021) is incorporated by reference. Provision 52.212-2 incorporated above is completed as follows. Quotes received in response to this RFQ will be evaluated using the lowest-priced-technically-acceptable (LPTA) methodology. To be determined ""Technically Acceptable"" the offeror must provide the item listed under item 5. Above. The Government seeks the earliest delivery; therefore, delivery times may be considered to determine the award. 10. Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Nov.2021) applies to this acquisition. 11. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Nov.2021) apply to this acquisition, and no addenda to the clause are included. 12. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jan 2022), applies to this acquisition. 13.
