Description: The JW Toumey Nursery is a tree seedling nursery located in the upper peninsula of Michigan. The facilities on site are combination of 1930�s, 1960�s, and 1990�s construction that upgraded and modified over the last 90 years. There are 5 greenhouses, 4 of which see electrical conduit failing which has resulted in a short in one greenhouse. The facility has also received to Conex Freezer boxes that need electrical service, a freezer condenser to be relocated outside, and a need to rewire the refrigeration units on the roof of the processing facility. Greenhouses measure approximately 30�x130�.
