- This Request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use a future RFQ or a RFP. This request for information is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses to provide the required product. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in the response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. David Grant Medical Center (DGMC), Travis AFB, CA has a requirement� for an enhanced security, large storage medications and pharmaceuticals unit. The Pyxis MedStation ES system must offer an automated medication dispensing system that is supported by a centralized medication management system. Must have the ability to dispense the correct medications safely and efficiently for the right patients. The Medstation ES is used Air Force wide and has enterprise-wide integration capabilities. It must be able to integrate with our Smart Trak inventory tracking system. Pyxis Medstation ES System 6 Drawer Main with a Single Column Auxiliary that has 4 clear doors along with software. Drawer 22.8� W x 27� D x 55� H Patient-Centric Interface Bar Code Scanner Thermal Printer� Sealed Keyboard Secure BD Pyxis Half Height Cubie Pocket Secure mini drawers Secure BD Pyxis Full Height Cubie Pocket Controlled Access Matrix Drawers Biometric Scanner Nine shelves 31� W x 28� D X 79.5H along with software (what type of software) Respondents are requested to provide the following informations: 1.
