FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR: The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, Effective Date 02-JUN-2023. 3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT San Antonio Missions National Historical Park is a National Historical Park and part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site preserving four of the five Spanish frontier missions in San Antonio, Texas, USA. This project will complete botanical inventories of riparian zones within the park with an emphasis on invasive and exotic terrestrial and aquatic vegetation. It will produce GIS maps, associated layers, and descriptions of the major areas of concern regarding invasive and exotic vegetation. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, vehicles, materials, equipment, and services to specifications identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall use only scientific information that meets the information quality standards in NPS Director�s Order 11-B and shall base any impact assessment and resulting conclusions on published and/or peer-reviewed scientific literature, when available, including available peer-reviewed literature on the effects of acidic deposition and liming as a restoration technique. All products must be edited and user-friendly for public review and understanding. The Contractor�s name shall not appear on the cover and/or coversheet of any draft or final products. Draft products shall include line numbers to facilitate a review process. The Contractor shall perform a consistency check of all data and facts used throughout all deliverable products.
