Description

VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Fort Wayne Campus, Indiana has a requirement for removing and replacing the air handler units and condensing units servicing the Utility Room and the Laboratory. Background Ft. Wayne AHU�s, Condensers, and Chiller Units have exceeded their operational limits and are beyond what can be repaired by scheduled maintenance. A need for installing new HVAC systems has been identified to maintain a regular and conditioned air supply for its continuous use and for indirectly affecting scheduled patients. Scope The vendor will supply a highly specialized Air Handler Units, Condensers, and Chiller Units to ensure proper conditioned air supply to the Utility Room and the Laboratory
