Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-l(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following service: The DCPH-A require a maintenance contract for the DEENA II laboratory instrument to support the mission of the Specialty Chemistry Lab in the LAB Sciences Directorate.� The service is for a 12 month base period and two (2) option periods. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to SEAL Analytical, Inc. (CAGE Code 3TJY2). SEAL Analytical Inc., is the previous contract holder and due to the continued need for the maintenance and support services for the mission essential routine preventive maintenance. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAlCS) Code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. All responses received within five businesses (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST),�22 August 2023�with the following information: Company name.
