- The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain service and maintenance for the Pentax Scopes and video recorders in the Endoscopy Lab at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System (NYHHCS) Brooklyn Campus. Period of performance: 10/01/2023-09/30/2028 Basic description of the requirement: Pentax Medical a division of Pentax America, Inc. is the only vendor capable of performing service and maintenance for all the Pentax Endoscopy equipment. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by August 23, 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
