- This is a Special Notice. �The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to ATECH Technical Group LLC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) August 21, 2023. �Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for Card Reader for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with ATECH Technical Group LLC, 11654 Plaza America Dr #719 Reston, VA 20190. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
