This notice advises that the 31st Contracting Squadron, Aviano AFB, Italy, intends to award a sole source acquisition, under FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), for the relocation and installation of walls/partitions along with associated electrical wiring within the facilities of the 31st Wing Staff Agency (31 WSA).�determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached.
