Description: This RFQ is to provide six (06) active duty Coast Guard members with training to drive an International 4400 DT530 Westmor Fuel truck (3,000 - 5,000 gallon truck). This training must result in a Hazardous Materials and Class ""A"" CDL endorsement for all six members.
