Description: The Contractor shall supply refuse and recycle dumpsters and remove waste at all refuse and recycle dumpsters in accordance with specifications, drawings, and schedules contained herein. The Contractor shall remove all refuse collected from Government property and properly dispose of materials in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations and commercial standards.
