Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Salt Lake Delineated Area: North: At 4000 W (154) and 2100 S Fwy (201) to S 900 W to W North Temple Street to N State Street to S Temple Street to 1300 E East: 1300 E to 500 S (which turns into Foothill Drive which is also S 2165 E) to Hwy 215 to Wasatch Blvd to Fort Union Blvd South: Fort Union Blvd (which is also 7200 S) to S State Street (Hwy 89) to 10600 S to the Jordan River West: Follow the Jordan River to 7800 S to Bangerter Hwy (154) to 6200 S to 3200 W to 3500 S to Bangerter Hwy turns into 4000 W to 2100 S Fwy (201) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 71,932 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 75,527 Space Type: Office & Lab Parking Spaces (Total): 152 Parking Spaces (Surface): 152 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 152 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).��For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. In addition, entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the FAR Clause 52.204-27, �Prohibition On a ByteDance Covered Application (Jun 2023)�. Please request the FAR clause from the GSA Broker for further details. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Sandy, Utah, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
