**RFI's and Solicitation Amendment 1 are posted. Please review before bid opening.** This is the official Invitation for Bid for the renovation of Bldg 1001 at the 137th SOW Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, OK. The 137th SOCES requires a renovation project for sustainment, restoration, and modernization of Building 1001, located between SW 58th Street and Hercules Dr. The objective of this project is to renovate the identified rooms to meet the requirements, functionality and improve the flow of work to achieve our mission. Please see the Solicitation, Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, Specifications, and Wage Determination for further information. This project is 100% Small Business set-aside, NAICS 236220, Magnitude is betw een $100,000 and $250,000. ***52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from w hich payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any paymentvmay arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of suchvavailability, to be confirmed in w riting by the Contracting Officer.
