Muddy Guard Station Roof Replacment Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: Base Items: Demolition- Remove Existing Shingles Replace Sheathing Install Underlayment Install Roofing Rebuild Entry Awning Repair Chimney Install Attic Insulation � LOCATION This project is located at the Muddy Guard Station. The site is located outside of the town of Paonia, Colorado in Delta County. The address is 11300 265, Somerset, CO 81434. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Paonia Ranger District office by calling (970) 527-4131. See attached map for directions. �
