- This is a sources sought for information purposes only.� This is not a request for quote.� It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.� Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement or follow-on responses.� Any information submitted by to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Contractor will provide inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UTVs at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. �Contractor will provide the Government with an inspection report for each UTV maintained as well as a list of additional repairs needed, if any. Contractor will respond within five business days when called to perform an operational and functional inspection of any of the UTVs identified and provide a written quote for repair to the Government. See Attachment 1 UTV Manufacturers, for the list of manufacturers and models.
