(ABOA):�5,700 Maximum RSF: 6,000 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�30 Parking Spaces (Surface):�28 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�2 Full Term:�240 Months Firm Term:�60 Months Additional Requirements:�Pull-through Parking for trucks pulling cattle trailers x 2 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year flood plain).
