- Industry Day Announcement in support of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF). THIS NOTIFICATION IS BEING MADE TO PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME FOR SCHEDULING AND MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. THE DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, INCLUDING UCF SECTIONS A-M, WILL BE PUBLISHED FY23 QTR4 FY23 (ANTICIPATED). Program Background:� NAWCAD WOLF located at St. Inigoes, MD is the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) operating under a product-based business model whereby WOLF civilians lead and manage the efforts of combined Government-Industry teams.� NAWCAD WOLF Engineering & Prototyping Operations provides rapid organic engineering, prototyping, reverse-engineering, environmental testing, antenna repairs/life cycle extensions, and production capabilities in support of NAWCAD, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and the NAWCAD WOLF Divisions. Operating under the oLSI model, this effort will provide Engineering, Systems Engineering, Fabrication, and Compliance Support to include product and part design engineering; production engineering; drafting; Computer Aided Design (CAD); Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM); Modeling and Simulation (M&S); machining; sheet-metal design, layout, and fabrication; welding; assembly; composite repairs and fabrication of composite components and structures; woodworking; painting, including preparation and application of corrosion control coatings and powder coating; management of a stockroom with tooling, hand tools, fasteners, etc.; fuel farm operations; and the management of General Services Administration (GSA) vehicles, facilities, and personnel safety management and preparedness to include Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Purpose:� NAWCAD WOLF at St. Inigoes, MD will host an Industry Day for potential bidders.� The intent of this Industry Day is to provide potential offerors insight into the Engineering, Prototyping, and Fabrication Shop.� The Government anticipates this being the only Industry Day prior to RFP release. Registration Instructions:� Registration is required.� Please complete, and then send the attached registration form labeled �EPF Registration Form� to the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this announcement by July 11, 2023 at 1200.� A completed registration form should contain the name of the company, business size (under NAICS 541330), CAGE code, and the name(s), phone number(s), and email address(es) for the proposed attendees (up to two (2) attendees only), one-on-one meeting request (if desired), and base access need. Base Access:� Base access is required for this event.� If the attendee(s) does not have base access, please indicate this in the respective field on the EPF Registration form, complete the attached base access form labeled �Base Access Form�, and then send to the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this announcement by July 11, 2023 at 1200. A WOLF civilian will contact the attendee(s) to assist.� The Government will not accept any changes to attendees that require base access prior to July 11, 2023 at 1200.�� �� Questions & Answers:� Participants are offered a 10 minute one-on-one session with the Government.� Please specify in the EPF Registration Form if a meeting is preferred.� Each company will be contacted with their designated time slot. Additional Instructions: 1. All attendees will be required to sign in to the Industry Day Briefing and Tour based on the registration e-mails received by July 11, 2023 at 1200. 2. If the Company represented is not included on the registration list and/or the attendees name is not included as listed via the registration form, blank registration forms will be provided. �Space is limited, therefore same day registration is limited to a first-come first-served basis and may not be attended by anyone requiring same day base access. �Companies and attendees who register on the day of the Industry Day Briefing and Tour can only have up to two (2) attendees (this is the total number of attendees allowed for each company or joint venture). 3. Attendees who are late will be allowed to attend, but must register, if not already.� Space is limited, therefore same day registration is limited to a first-come first-served bases and may not be attended by anyone requiring same day base access. 4. All Questions and Answers posed during the briefing will be posted to FBO after the Industry Day Briefing and Tour.
