Description

Non-Appropriated Funds: Provide new electrical service for 25 RV sites, reconnect power to existing facilities including sewage lift station, laundry/restroom, and office. New electrical service stations shall consist of standard RV power pedestals with 50Amp (2-pole), 30Amp, and 20Amp receptacles, weatherproof enclosures constructed of powder-coated stainless steel, and as manufactured by Electrical Materials Co, part # RV-UM-PED-SS or equal. New RV power pedestals shall be mounted on raised concrete bases to match existing pedestals in the Overflow Area. The magnitude of Construction Costs is between $200,000.00 and $500,000.00. Period of Performance: 120 Days (after NTP) A site visit is scheduled for 25 August 2023. See Solicitation doc for details.� This requirement IS NOT set aside for small busineses.�
