Description: CNF Black Lake Campground Paving and Campground improvements Amendment 1:�This amendment replaces 40304 Asphalt Concrete, WI State DOT, Type 6 MT 58-34 S, with 40304 Asphalt Concrete, WI Sate WI DOT, Type 4 MT 58-34 S. The construction sheets attached depict the change of mix and the desire for two lifts. An amended Schedule of Items and plan sheets are attached. Amendment 2:�The amendment changes the pavement layers to two layers of 1.5 inch pavement. EXTENDED TO 8/25/2023 at 2 p.m. Eastern
