- Andersen Air Force Base, Guam has a design-build construction requirement to Repair Booster Pump Station #3 B680, B681, B682A, B683, and B686, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Design-Build project to repair and renovate Buildings 680, 681, 682A, 683, and 686. Work is inclusive of, but not limited to, replacement of circuit breaker and wires, replacement of water treatment system, installation of new piping system, booster pumps, variable frequency drives and SCADA system, new painting and coating for walls, roof, installation of manual hoist system for each building, new aluminum door and rollup doors and provide new wires, conduit and lighting fixtures. Tentative period of performance is 550 calendar days. MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen Air Force Base, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 550 Calendar Days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Services Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) SITE VISIT: 15 Aug 2023 at 0930 ChST (See Attachment 7) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Any Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding this solicitation are due on or before 28 Aug 2023 at 2:00pm hours ChST and shall be submitted electronically via email to the notice POCs. The Government does not intend to respond to inquiries submitted after this deadline. All questions will be answered via Q&A format and amended into the solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor SAM.gov for any amendments or changes.
